We want you to be completely satisfied with your 3D city model; if your piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that all frames and architectural models are returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Model
Carefully place the city model back into its original protective foam and cardboard boxing to ensure the delicate 3D-printed structures are not damaged.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned model for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
